Mine Just got approved.

Return fedex tracking not activated yet.
Please answer my question

Final Decision says "application has been approved" but under review of submitted documents: we need additional document from the applicant"
why is this so that they need more document also how to know which documents are needed and where to send them

Maybe they haven't been updated yet? Either way you got approved so I wouldn't worry about that. If they need more documents they'll ask you for them.

I'd say you're in :)

Congrats to you too RRone! :)

Thanks!
I did my landing at Rainbow Bridge yesterday evening.

It was pretty much the same experience as I have read elsewhere. The US side was pretty quick and efficient; they issue you a Refusal (which will NOT affect any future US visits) and open a gate for you to turn right back (I drove, and unfortunately couldn't find where to park, otherwise would have done it on foot).
The wait for me was 1.5 hours and I was there around 4pm.

Although I brought all my documents they did not ask me for anything, just to confirm my address.
Said PR card will be "couple of months", but can travel to US on road with a signed COPR. Cannot fly though.

All in all, pretty painless.

All the best to everyone else waiting to land.

I will still need a visa because I am from a non-exempt country. I think what the officer meant was that if I am driving back to Canada after a US trip I can just use my COPR to return, without a PR card. I don't think I will try that though, I will just wait for my PR card.

You're not allowed to fly with a paper PR? Is it because you need a visa to enter Canada? I thought once you get the paper you can fly in and out of Canada just as if you have the PR Card?

You cannot. Until PR card, you have to apply for PRTD to get in Canada

Oh okay. But if I were to drive to the US with my own car then it's okay? Just show them the COPR paper and passport when I get back to Niagara Falls?
