Application approved and closed Oct 17th.

How long is it taking for the passport & CoPR to arrive from Ottawa
I sent my passport on 11 Oct, they received on 12 Oct.
Please let me know if there is a "passports to CPC Ottawa - October 2016" thread.

I sent my passport via Xpresspost on Sep 29th and it reached Ottawa Sep 30th. So 17 days in total.

Received my Passport and COPR on 17th OCT.

Passport was received in Ottawa on 30th Sept
Application Approved and closed on 12th Oct.

I mentioned previously that my TRV was expiring and wasn't sure whether that would affect landing.

I can report that they actually stamped a new TRV in my passport, good for only ONE trip, and I assume this is to assist me in my landing.

Question answered.

Received my CoPR today and went right to Niagara Falls border. Waited an hour to be served. It was not as quick as people have mentioned here but it is done. Best of luck to you all!

PR Approved and tracker activated: October 13
CoPR Received : October 18 (Slightly delayed due to Canada Post's processing error)
Landed: October 18 @ Niagara Falls Border

Can I ask: I assume you can do landing anytime of day or night right?

Better not to go on weekends or long holidays. I went there at 7pm last night and still had to wait an hour. I walked up to the immigration officers and asked what's taking so long and apparently those 'landing' or working or studying in Canada are in low priority compared to all other matters so once they were free we were called. There was like..5 tour buses of people coming through while I waited. But yeah basic formality and they stamped and validated my CoPR.

But yeah you can go anytime it's 24hours

I have one question. I want to know the timeline for ppr.

I am CEC inland applicant and go my OINP nomination too. So How long will it take for CEC-PNP approvaed applicant to get PPR? what will be an approximate time duration? I heard that those who got nomination and those who are CEC inland applicants get PPR quickly than others.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please let me know when your application is approved and closed. I don't have access to my account and I don't want to keep pestering my lawyer for updates
Usually they approve the application 7 working days after they receive passport, this is what I observed in this thread.

Final Decision says "application has been approved" but under review of submitted documents: we need additional document from the applicant"
why is this so that they need more document also how to know which documents are needed and where to send them
