Mine has been received on Sep 30 as well. Not activated either :'(

I already gave up at this moment. I checked online and it shows even xpress post will not be delivered during weekend. So it is impossible for all including myself who have not seen tracker activated to land during this weekend.

Got e-mail of approval from CPP Ottawa yesterday evening and tracker also activated. Probably won't arrive until Monday

We have printed and authorized (name)’s Confirmation of Permanent Residency and sent it via XpressPost to the following address. Please follow the instructions included in the envelope. You may contact the Call Centre to book your landing appointment
