My passport was received at CPC-Ottawa PO BOX 9780 on Sep 28 as well, why my application hasn't been approved??rex911 said:Application approved today
It seems CIC doesn't mail out the passport and CoPR on the same day tho...
Did you try to log in MyCIC and check? The email is normally 24 hours after the status update.Sukizaki said:My passport was received at CPC-Ottawa PO BOX 9780 on Sep 28 as well, why my application hasn't been approved??

If you are in Canada, you need to send to the PO BOX, did you track it?Sukizaki said:I submitted my passport to CPC-Ottawa address on Sep 27:

I always wonder if I sent to the wrong address, it has been for 8 days, but nothing updated yet...
Anyone sent the same PO BOX 9780 address and received COPR?
I sent it to PO BOX 9780 via Canada Xpresspost, the package was signed by B. B. on Sep 28.mooVee said:If you are in Canada, you need to send to the PO BOX, did you track it?
Keep calm and wait, one thing I learned after living here for 7 years is: things process slower here, be patient...Sukizaki said:I sent it to PO BOX 9780 via Canada Xpresspost, the package was signed by B. B. on Sep 28.
I just called CIC if they received my passport, the customer rep told me that CIC office locked in my passport on Oct. 4th and finalized the application.
But My CIC account hasn't still been updated.......
I thought only Rainbow bridge can do the landing, now I googled Queenston Lewiston bridge quite close to rainbow bridge.jegadhish90 said:Hey Everyone,
I finally completed my flag poling yesterday evening at around 6pm at the Queenston Lewiston bridge. Luckily there wasn't any rush there and I completed the entire process (both US and Canada) within 30-40 mins. One important note which I knew only after reaching there was, the officer mentioned that for FSW category applicants you're supposed to show the Proof of Funds or any letter from your company stating your salary details . I didn't know about this nor it was mentioned in the letter that comes along with the CoPR but the officer was kind enough and let me go through ;D ;D.
Best wishes to everyone who is waiting for their CoPR or planning to do their flag poling soon.
