Hi,
The return tracker is the tracking number of Canada Post (Prepaid Envelop) which you might have send for returning back the passports if you are in Canada..

Once your application is approved and CIC send passports back, then this tracker will gets activated through which you can track them..

I have the same timeline. It is frustrating. I called them last week and the agent sent them a reminder. I got an email saying they have a huge mail intake and can't comment on the processing time.
