Hey guys,

I sent my passports on September 14th and were delivered by September 15th.

I have not received any email or any sort of notification from cic yet.is it normal?

Also, what is the order of steps that I should look out for and also the form of notification cic uses to notify us regarding our passports.

I assume you are CEC Inland......if so then, You will receive email when your application is updated to "Approved" and after 3-5 days your passport will be dispatched and you can track it after 24hrs of dispatch......!

It's normal. YOu will receive and email when your application is approved. That's it. They will ship it back passport in 7 days normally after the application is approved (in terms of COPR). So get the notification on for the carrier you used for return service. Once they receive you package they will send you the notification.
