Same condition here.
My passport reached to Ottawa on October 18 th and approved on October 24 th.
Waiting for the activation of Canada Post return tracker.

How come your lawyer sent through Purolator?.
In inside Canada address you MUST send through Canada Post.
Did you read the PPR email ?

Guess ppr only comes if it’s approval. If I call Cic automated system it still shows the same thing
