Now Waiting for Canada Post return tracker activation.

After Permanent Resident visa (sticker on Passport page) printed , in CIC account it will change into approved status.

Yes you can until ur employer or someone bring it to light to the provincial government that you have moved then they may ask you questions on why you moved.
