Passports to CPC Ottawa- Oct 2017

I just called CIC. They said my passport was sent to dispatch yesterday evening. But no more information. Return tracker not activated yet. I called Canada Post too. They say it is not in their system yet. I don't know what's going on. I hope my passport is safe and will come to me soon.

App approved on Oct 24th. I am very worried.

Hi, how do you know the "CPC Passport Received by Agent Date" date? Did you called/emailed to find out? May I ask when is the appropriate time to call/email? Thanks.

As per the Tracking Detail from UPS, it was showing that which person has accepted my Passport so I assumed that its the agent who should have received.

Yes, same situation. Passport delivered on 10th and still waiting.

Passport delivered on 10/26 and noticed the change on 10/27.
