Passports to CPC Ottawa- Oct 2017

I jst want to know did your friend send the passport again ? Or he get the visa printed when he got the passport back ?

He didn't have to send his passport again. He had the Visa stamped when he got it back.
As of my understanding, both the mailing addresses are of the same office. They just go to separate boxes, so they have it sorted.

Hi all,

I sent my passports Oct 15, they were received by CPC Ottawa Oct 16th with signature. Got an update on my account on Nov 3rd showing "approved" and I see both my spouse and my expiration date of the residency as well as residency counterfoil number etc...

When I shipped the docs, I forgot to take note of the "return label" tracking number and Fedex is unable to locate it for me (used online account and it does not show there either), do you guys know how long after the approvals do passports get sent out? I am concerned 4+ business days and we have not received the passports back nor we know where they are.

Send an email to CIC at "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca"

ask them if they dispatched your passport yet.

It's 6.48PM Ottawa time, no update for the tracker. I guess I'll have to change my travel plan as well.

From my experience, the best way is to get a hold of them through the phone line. Works better than the email - though I did get a response to my email as well.

got ppr on nov 7th now in process of sending my passport.
However, i applied with old passport n got new one while in process. I already raised cse to cic. Now do i have to submit both passport or just new? Any explationation letter format?

And as far as i know we just need to sent passport, photos and annex a? Anything else?
