Called them today to ask about my application, which was delivered to Ottawa on Nov 10th. They told me that they only opened it on Nov 28 and it could take up to 4 weeks until they send it back. Although, they said that it has been approved, it does not show that on myCIC account. Hoping that we will get it back shortly, because my wife has to travel next week. Does anyone else had any information for people who's passport were delivered on the 10th? Thanks!
