I got approved and closed!!! Do you know When tracker is activated after got approved and closed in my CIC?

We got a mail from CIC on 21st Nov. around 2pm. When we checked it in CIC. It said Approved & closed. But Xpress post return tracker still not activated. Once dispatch Post office agent or delivery man scans the barcode then only it will be activated. So Xpress post envelope still in the CPC Office only.
I think ECAS is temporarily shut for some reason. Every one is experiencing error message on that access for last couple of weeks I believe.

Same here ...approved&close in 21 Nov....I guess our passports will go out today and the tracker will be activated after 6 a clock Ottawa time...let's see if i'm right....

I got Decision made on November 3, 2015
and got ready for visa email Nov 9th
Send PP on Nov 10th
Ottawa office received PP on Nov 12
so far nothing yet!!! still decision mad on the status and Return not activated yet!!! is this normal ?

hi guys...did anyone send his passport though Canada Post registered and the status is still "Out for delivery" for long time?
I received a message from CIC that the application approved...does it mean that they receive the mail-letter with the photos passport etcetera to CPC OTTAWA?

Same here but my guess is they have our passports ones they close our application...anyway i called Canada Post and they email me this:
Our tracking system indicates an 'out for delivery' scan for this item Nov
18/15. Because the addressee is considered a large-volume mail receiver, we
consider this scan as confirmation of final delivery. Accordingly, we will now
proceed with closing the file.

no email as yet, no movement on my application, PPR received on 13th Nov '15, PP sent on 14th Nov '15, delivered to CPC on Tuesday 17th Nov '15 around 12 noon. Reading the previous messages on this thread, i share the timeline almost the same as others who recently posted and got the app approved and closed and some who got the tracker updated too. Not sure whats going on at the CPC, i have my tickets booked for traveling to India.. hoping to receive my PP before that :-X

Abhityagi, when are you traveling to India? I am also in the same situation as I booked my ticket to Egypt on December 18th and I want my passport before that!

No one at home the whole day. So just received the notice card.
Going to Canadapost tomorrow for pick up.
