Passports to CPC Ottawa- June 2017

hey got my COPR today

PPR 23rd June
PP delivered on 28th June
Application approved: 20th July
Tracker activated : 20th July
PP received : 21st July
 
I received my Passport and COPR today, in US.
It was picked up by Fedex 07/20.

Did you call them and checked ? Mine was also delivered on June 30th, but when I called, they informed me that it was received on July 13th and its now in queue for printing.

I called CIC and they told me to send back to the same address with an explanation of corrections to make. But you should call, I had to do that because of mistakes in the passport. It seems error in CORP are usually no big deal.

I called them this morning and told me I don't need to send COPR back. They sent me a link by email to the CSE form and told me to explain the error, and then to let the border agent know at landing. It seems that place of birth isn't a huge deal, luckily.

I still don't get how they wrote down a well known city in France for my birth city when I am born in Switzerland, someone needs to take a geography lesson here lol

Who knows, can I still use my TRV after landing to cross the border while waiting for PR card?

I never called them, tried once but not connected. I did write an email to CPC Ottawa around 07/12 though and got a reply back on 07/17 stating that "We have my Passport and it will be returned shortly. Thanks for your patience."
I guess that's a standard template to reply because they mentioned that i should be able to track using Canada post once returned. But i used Fedex. So i am sure the Email was just a standard reply.
Easier for me to say now but i would suggest to be patient. It will be returned eventually. Just ridiculous they take so much time to return our package.

Another question : I sent visa fedex ..While outgoing the FEDEX guy told me to include the custom forms . But for return envelope I do not have any custom forms . Do you think that would be a problem? ( Sent from US)

Did you face any issues because of not including a customs form on the return envelope? If yes, how did you resolve?
