That would depend on where you live. If you live in Ontario, you should get it tomorrow. Monday if in AB or BC.

Received my COPR last Friday however due to change in marital status (common law with Canadian partner) I had to return it. Boo!

How does your status change from single to common law? I have a Canadian boyfriend but we don't plan to get married (just started living together), do you have to get paperwork to become common law?

You need to live with your partner for at least a year. You'd need to submit proof of living together (rental agreemant, government ids with the same address etc.).

Oh I see!! Thanks for the info We're probably not going to care enough to submit paperwork anyway, but we'll see how we feel in a year I guess
