Hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone had the same situation as me. I sent my wife's passport to ottawa and it arrived the 26th of june. After that the only news i got was through the online tool where i saw ''decision made'' but it doesnt say anything about the decision. ot sure if i should be worried.
 
I think it varies for everyone, my tracker didn't activate until 3 weeks after my application was approved.

It varies, but not that much (especially for people from visa exempt countries). Do you know what caused the delay?

Yes there was an issue with my label, and they had me send a new one. They said they were mailing it on June 15th, but they didn't actually mail it until July 6th. Either way I'll be happy to get it.
 
1 (888) 242-2100 Press 7 for express entry and 0 to speak with agent and you could ask the status of your passport.

Is it due to the office hours?
I think office close at 4..

  • Client Support Centre agents - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., your local time, except for statutory holidays. Services are available in French and English.

Please scroll down on your account, you will most likely see "Approved" somewhere on the last statement/line. I mean on your profile there are statements such as "Medical status", Interview required, Additional documents, Biometics etc, and the last statment shows the fianal decision, there you will see if the decision you are talking about is "approved or otherwise,
 
Received an email from CPC office confirming the shipment of returned package.

PPR on June 20 and sent on the 21st. Approval on July 6-7 (MyCIC updated on the 7th). Email (tracker) July 11th.

Just a question, do you have to manually track the Item number? Or are you notified automatically through email?
