Passports to CPC Ottawa- June 2017

We sent everything by regular mail on June 16th, so we didn't get a tracking number... My wife called them yesterday (July 6th) and they couldn't track anything as received -they told her not to worry, since it happens sometimes and, in any case, they'll send as a notification, should the deadline approach without them receiving anything. Do you guys thing we should resend everything this coming Monday? I'm so mad at Canada Post...

Congratulations! Did you have US visa? Would it make a difference if I don't have a US visa when flagpoling at one of the bridges?

I called cic yesterday the automated system told me that my file was approved. However my return tracker hasn't been activated. My passport was delivered to them on June 20th and I am guessing it was approved yesterday. But the return tracker hasn't been activated. When will it activated, someone please tell me lol im driving myself crazy refreshing the Canada post page again and again

We flagpoled at Peach Arch in Surrey. We drove and there was a bit of wait exiting to the US as there was only one lane open. Otherwise, the rest of the process was fairly quick. We went around 12 midnight.

Here is my timeline
- Passport delivered to CPC Ottawa - 23 June.
- 3 Passports (Mine and 2 dependents)

Should I contact CIC? If so, what is the contact no? Or shall I wait? Please advice... I am little worried:

Guys any one is waiting whose passport is delivered on 22 June and still not yet approved.Today morning I called to cic and the agent told me my passport is in printing room so by next week I should get my passport back otherwise I should call them back.

My timeline is similar to you. Mine got delivered on June 23. Could you please tell me the CICcontact # pls

I have a two question,

1. Do we get a notification when visa stamping is done at LVO?. I mean Can we know that Visa has been stamped before they send it back to us. Do we get any notification?
2. How long does it take to stamp the visa once the passport arrive at VO?

Any expert with experience ?

Don't worry, mine was delivered in June 22 and still no news. I'm still waiting for the approval.
