Mine was delivered on the 15th and still no update, the agent I talked to told me to expect shipping hopefully Monday or Tuesday.

To answer my own question, apparently it's fine and my stuff is in the printing room. The agent I spoke to told me that they approve applications when they ship the documents and I should expect that to happen hopefully early next week.
