No.. Number is for inland applicants or people in US

Also, you need to call multiple times to get through..They are usually very busy and you would not get thorough the 1st time

We reached there at around 9.00ish last night... Probably we got the bad guy and bad day for me as well.

How long in total it took for you btw?

I started driving around 8:30 or so. Reached US at 10 and back at around 10:30. There were very few people ahead of me. I was probably done before 11. Then I got some food and got home around 1 AM.

Passport copies finally delivered to Ottawa this morning! Hopefully I get the paperwork back by July 28th so I can do landing at Point Roberts.

Does anyone know if it takes less time to get passport stuff back if you're from a visa-exempt country (since they don't have to stamp passport or print visa)??

Dial 1-888-242-2100 then 1 for English then option 2 then option 3 and the 0 to speak with an agent.

I called today was told it was done today. I didn't receive an email nor see an update on MyCIC.

I was finally able to get CIC on the phone and they said my passport was sent out yesterday
