Passports to CPC Ottawa- June 2017

Tracker is not activated yet: I called CIC, they told "I see note, that your passport was sent yesterday (19 June)", but I don't see my tracking number active yet?

Anyone knows what's going on or has similar experience?

Application approved: 15 June
Return Passport: waiting for tracking number activation.

Hi All,
Does anyone sent passport from US to the case processing center within US. Actually in the passport it has written we should not send passport out of the country by post.
In case if we have to send to ottawa office can any one please advice which courier service we can opt for and how long it will take to get the passport in return to US address.

I used UPS, sent from US to Ottawa. I have done it before for a Business visitor visa to Canada as well. Get a pre paid shipping label, Create an online account at UPS and then go to the store and explain them the situation, may you find helpful customer support

Depending on what service you used, courier services usually update the trackers in the evening after the pick up times.

When you say your application was approved on 15th. did you see the counterfoil number after logging in or that was the day when you received the email that there is a new message on your profile?

Guys, I need to send my Passport to ottawa this month. I am an Indian national so I need to send my passport. Which courier service should I be using. People are scaring me that the international courier services send it properly but cause an issue while bringing back. Please let me know folks

Check the thread out,
There are a couple of Indian nationals who sent passports through services like FedEx or UPS. If you are in Canada, then you have no issue, you are sending it within the country you are in , if you are in US you could use the above mentioned services, I have no idea where you would send them if you are in India. I assume it should be a visa office somewhere close by there.

is it okay?? will i get back my pp and copr.. Plz seniors respond

i just checked my EE profile , finally it says approved
my pp received at CIC on jun 13th

Lucky you. still do not see approved :-( PP received June 13th :-( :-(

I think it will activate today, because the Canada post only collecting in the certain time of the day. and haven't process it I believe.

It depends what's written in the email you must have received asking for submission of passport.

I'm in the US and mine said:
Self-Addressed pre-paid envelope should be arranged with a courier that delivers between Canada and the U.S.A

So I've sent return envelope with prefilled address details.

In any case even if you were supposed to send prefilled return label, cpc will contact you if they would need you to send another return label with shipping details or they might fill it themselves taking info from the Annex A form. So relax all of us are going to get our passports stamped and copr soon.

no, I didn't fill out anything either.
they said not to fill out the return..
and they do have annex b form ,so they know the address they can fill it out .
I don't need a big deal here.
