Passports to CPC Ottawa- June 2017

Can someone guide what is the next step once the application is approved? Does that means they have already printed the visas. My application status is approved with a counterfoil number generated, but its been 5 days and the tracker is still not activated. I am flying to Canada on 2nd August from the U.S and have already taken leave and booked my tickets... now kinda getting worried.

Tracker activated: July 17/18
PP gonna be delivered today.
I'm going to drive 200km/h to home after work. Just cant wait to see my pp.

It reached Ottawa on July 29

My passport got delivered on June 30th. I just called CIC, and my passport has been in the queue for printing since July 12th. What the ****! Don't understand why it takes so long for just printing! Isn't it mostly machine work?

did you just call them? My passport was delivered on 6th. So I think I will have to wait another 6 months.

Yep. I chose different option so I could get hold of them. I think I'm just a unlucky person, waited for long time for PPR, now another long time for stamping.

No where unlucky as me. I withdrew one application and the next took super long and then PPR came but wife was in another country so had to wait for her to come back and now no update since sending the passport.

I received CoPR yesterday.

PPR - 19 June
PP delivered at CPC-O : 23 June
Application approved: 8 July
Return tracker activated: 13 July
CoPR/PP deliverd back: 17 July

Note: PP reached Edmonton on 14th July (and status was out for delivery on same day), but delivered to my address only on 17th.

I just got the tracker activated. My application was approved the 12 th in the afternoon so im guessing the people who were accepted the 12 or the 13 will get it soon.
Also, i suggest installing the application of canada post to get updates without having to check always.

I didnt even receive an email, i called and the automated system congradulated me for my approval. Now im waiting for the passport to get back tomorrow.
CIC got one hell of a tracking system for our applications let me tell you that
