Anyone applied for Temporary Resident Visa recently, is the wait time 7 days like it says on the website?

Hi everyone, I have a question and hopefully someone has experience in this. I plan to do landing at Emerson Border on Feb. 16. But I also want to travel to Fargo for a weekend. So if I did landing on Feb. 16, can I still come back to Canada on the 18th using COPR? I noticed that the visa said single entry so I am wondering if I could come back after I did the landing. If not I could definitely go to Fargo first and land. Anybody knows? Thanks!

You could wait till 18th and do the landing when you return and enter through canada or you can do landing on 16th and take the COPR with as you can travel on road with COPR to states but not through air or water.
