the agent said its not yet approved, it will be approved along with the copr stamp on it.

Can anybody confirm my understanding?
Based on what i read so far on this thread it seems currently CIC is working on passports received on Jan 2..

Current status: Keyed into the system on 1/15. in queue for printing. Maximum time for dispatch from this point is 4 weeks.
