my passport was delivered to ottawa on Jan 10. i called cic today and the agent said that she does not see any notes on my application mentioning that the passport has been delivered. she also told me that it could take upto 2 weeks for them to see reciept on system. is this normal?

They probably have it in a pile with many others waiting for someone to get to it. I am thinking when they handle it then they would change the status and put it the notes ?
