when you are emailing CIC what information do you include? Do you include the application number and UCI code? Do you also include your passport number?

I didn't require signature upon delivery. Did you guys request signature? Mine is supposed to reach CPC Ottawa tomorrow.

I did not request a signature while sending via FedxEx.. But you get information of the person who signed your delivery.

Hi, I sent my passport in December 27th and in January 12th My account in the CIC changed to approved "see messages below" but there aren't any new messages did this happen to any of you too?
It only says approved in "Final decision" but there aren't any new messages in the portal. Should I just wait for the passport to come back? Otherwise I don't know what to do for next steps. Thank you!

Congrats it will only show approved and also your document number and validity
check your courier and track your paracel
see your return tracker is activated or not

I have applied through lawyer, he got my PPR in email on 20th dec, but it went to junk mail directly . He checked his junk mails on 9th jan and he informed me so
PPR: 20th dec
Passport sent: 10th jan
Passort received: 11th jan
Return tracker not activated.
I sent through canada post, and requested signature but lady at canada post forgot to do it thts why it shows delivered and signature not requested, does it make any difference. I dont know who received my passport at CPC ottawa. If it is not received by right person than i dont have time to make it correct.
