I used Xpresspost, same happened with me while sending the passports. I sent the passports to Ottawa on 26th April. So, when i was checking on Canada post App, it kept on showing 'Accepted at Local Canada Post' till 28th April morning. Then around 7am, it just directly changed to 'Out for delivery'. We applied for Canadian immigration via EE and FSW. Our application has been approved and closed. We're US residents, and sent our passports to CPC Ottawa (the address for US residents) through UPS. We included a return envelope (next day delivery) with our passports.
Now, the problem is, we haven't received our passports back yet. We emailed CPC-Ottawa. They indicated that our passports were sent back to us on the 28th of April. Today is the 6th of May. UPS has no record of receiving a package.
Is there any way at all to call CPC-Ottawa? I have not been able to find a phone number.
TL;DR - CPC-Ottawa claims via email that passports were sent out, but no UPS record of shipping.
