I have same timeline as yours.
After I saw your post, I go check my cic again and found out that My CIC detail status is also saying approved!
I do not know if this means they check my passport and approved it, ready to send back the passport or just meaning they are ready to start checking my passport.......

mine just approved and closed .
I hope you ll get ur passport back soon

Hey guys application got approved, but nothing changed in the status.. i mean on the home page of mycic, it shows approved. when i go inside the application nothing is changed, still the same...

It took 24 hours for mine to change. I guess the system takes some time to update.

as far as they send my pass port back before 6th May I am good

Might be thinking a bit ahead but is it possible to do the landing separately, i.e. my wife with my daughter first and myself, let's say a week later.

I dont see any problem in this. but I would suggest create separate thread, it will attract the attention of other seniors also...

Yes. The only condition is that the dependents cannot land before the Primary applicant. So if you are the primary applicant you will have to land first. Once you have landed, your family can land after that, but your family cannot land before the primary applicant.

when I logged in to mycic few minutes ago status was showing updated and when I opened it nothing was changed at all, final decision is still not started and application is open. but then once I got out status shows approved outside but inside its still the same. Its just weird. Tracking no. is not activated yet either,

I'll check one more time later in the evening.

Same with me... probably the status will change when they will send the passport..
