Congrats for everyone who has status approved, it seems to be that the process for outland applicant is faster than inland. Am I right?

Although, my lawyer says that this can take 4-5 weeks, so I don't have much things to do until Jan 23rd. :/Congrats for everyone who has status approved, it seems to be that the process for outland applicant than inland.
