For all who sent their passport... did your 'MyCIC' dashboard get updated when they received the passport?

Basically how do you know when they've received the passport (apart from the tracking), or approved your application, etc?

Basically how do you know when they've received the passport (apart from the tracking), or approved your application, etc?

For first question, you can either email Ottawa office or call CIC to confirm if they have received your passport. For second question, once your application has been approved, the online status will be changed to "your application has been approved". That is how you check both of them.

No, the email address they sent PPR email supposed to be automatic which means they will not reply anything to you. the correct email you should send email to ask is: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Yes, It is slow due to all the recent holidays. Yours should be ready next week.

I think the latest I've seen is passports delivered on Dec 8 are getting approvals.

Mine reached around 22nd. Looks like it’s going to be quite a wait.

The final step is to flagpole and officially become a PR.
