Appreciate your prompt response. I'm based in US, by any chance do you have any recommendation on where to get the photo?

Mine was done in Walgreens. They have this software in which you could specify the country to be Canada. I know some people had theirs done at Costco.

Try Costco. Better carry the photo specifications and tell them about it.

Yea I checked IRCC 's website. They do have an office there. I was expecting the return package from CPC, Ottawa but it showed a different city name. So I wanted to check.

Yes, mine was sent from there too. Passport arrived safely. No need to worry.

The return envelope label will be updated and you can track it with the return label's tracking number.

By checking the tracker or an email notification arrives if you signed up for status update when you prepared the return envelope
