My tracking number activated at 6:40 PM Eastern time today. Check yoursMy application was approved on April 18th and the return tracker still hasn't been activated...

Just posting a final update here for my case in the hopes that it might help someone in the community.
I got PO box address in PPR email and I generated a FedEx return shipment to the PO box from the US. FedEx delivers to PO box in Canada.
Day 1: Address corrected from PO box to 365 Laurier Ave W
Day 1: Delivery Exception - Refused by Recipient
Day 1: Address Corrected to 2303 Stevenage Dr Ottawa, ON
Day 2: Delivered to 2303 Stevenage
it all worked out fine and I received my copr and passport back.

PR application details in MyCIC changed to approved: April 18, 2018

Congratulations! I had included Fedex Ground for return service, but i was informed they have sent it via Canada post on 4/20. Wonder why they would drop package at Canada post. My Fedex tracker isnt activated yet and even Canada post doesnt show any updates. They quote the same tracking # included on Fedex though. Not sure whats to do.
I was told the same thing on Friday even though my return envelope is through FedEx.
Any chance the agent wasn't aware we are in the US rather than Canada? Maybe they replied using a template for inland applicants.

not much difference, you have to book an appointment if you want to land at local IRCC office in your city whereas at border you can do your landing anyday, no appointment needed at border.
Would you like to share how did you get an appointment so fast? Which office?
When I called IRCC for an appointment in Etobicoke, they have mentioned wait time is around 10 weeks
