I got same message that the decision envelope is ready for collection. Please may I ask the procedure for engaging their courier service. Is there any form we are filling regarding this and how do we forward it to their office?

It arrived VFS Accra 9th Feb, was in transit to IRCC office same day, counterfoil generated 18th February in my CIC account.
