Passports to Accra Visa Office !

Hi guys,
Please what's the estimated timeline for collecting our passports back from Accra?
I think I'm starting to get worried..

AOR - Sept 2020
PPR- Nov 23 2020
Went to DHL - Dec 3 2020
DHL delivered pp to VFS Lekki - Dec 4 2020
VFS provided tracking # - Dec 7, 2020
Single Applicant, No siblings/relatives in Canada
Med expires July 2021.

No updates since 7th Dec...

Help please

Have you tried emailing Accra VO, to ask if they have received the passport ?

I am thinking of emailing them, to ask if they have received it and to inform them i intend to travel before my meds clock 6months.

do you think it would be smart to email them of the above?

I will hold on a little while longer... My medicals was extended for another year I think... I do not think an email would change much but you could try, people that submitted after me got the second email too, reason why I am a little worried...

VFS - 7th November
IRCC- 10th November
COPR - 17th December

Medical extension: Sept 23
PPR : Oct 15
Passports sent to VAC Ghana : Oct 23
passport sent to IRCC: Oct 29
Passports at IRCC Ghana: NOV 2
Called IRCC Dec 15 and they informed medical expiry is now April 23 2021

TA showed today
And 4 mails from VAC saying that our passports have been dispatched

2. If I don't want to go to Lagos or cannot do a walk-in, please how do I go about sending my documents.
3. Getting the consent form.

Lagos VAC does not do walk in for now.

You need to send your document to them using any of the registered courier companies . DHL, UPS etc

The consent form is available online and has also been shared on this thread

Yeah I did.....I got a mail for courier dispatch, I think you shld call them and ask bout the status of ur passport with your tracking Id it may already be in lagos

Please, I am confused about the courier dispatch mail I got. The payment of 11310, is if for the entire family or we will have to pay the 11310 for each of the family members? and can it be paid with one voucher? thanks in advance for your reply

It is for one person/passport. N11,340 times the number of passports sent. You can make it one transaction and send a mail stating the names of people the payment is made for

I am actually lost here... What is the 11,310 for? The only thing I know we paid for is the 7430 x3 for our kids ..... Can someone explain what the 11,310 is for?
