I applied for Canada PR as dependent on my wife(GNM nursing) 2 years before.
after this, i did go to UK for my studies but didnt intimate canadian embassy about this.
Medical call came in November 2012. so i came in Dec 2013 for medical to India.
Now medical has been done. and passports with other documents have already been gone to
EMBASSY on 5 DECEMBER.
I need to go back UK at the soonest to continue my studies. When am I likely to hear from EMBASSY?
My agent said, it takes 3-4++ months to get passports back , Is it true?
Moreover, he said, there is some quota system according to which embassy works.
I mean is there any set count of Visas which they have to issue. He said , they havent got passports back which were submitted in august.
can this be true?
how many chances are there to get visas after medical?
if it takes too long. Can i get my passport back , as I wanna go UK to finish my studies.
