Hello everybody,

I have submitted my 5 passports to Islambad Office on 14-Jan-2015 through VFS office Karachi. I am waiting our passports since Jan 2015.

Is there any telephone number at visa office where we could call and receive a quick reply. I sent many emails with some current life circumstance, but no reply or I have not received our passports.

Islamabad Office was not our primary office so big thanks for them for accepting our passports.

Many people shared that they received passports. Any clue/ idea/ comments why some people have not received their passports yet even they submitted earlier than those they have already received.

Hello all,
I have a situation and don't know how to handle it
I got passport request from LVO but the problem is they told me to submit the PP in Riyadh Visa office. Since i have left Saudi Arabia on final Exit and currently in Pakistan. I will be moving to Australia permanently on 26th March. Now the problem is i cannot take the risk of submitting my passport in in any visa center in pakistan neither i can submit it in Riyadh.
I want to request LVO to extend my Passport submission date and change my visa office to Sydney-Australia.
How to request LVO, i mailed them twice last month but no response. Can anyone please advise how to contact them???

isl office will not reply to ur emails cos only lvo is authorized to answer ur queries. isl will never reply u.

they are delaying the cases of Karachi applicants for some unknown reasons. most of the people awaiting are from Karachi. they are taking around roughly 60 days to return pp back.

Alhamdulillah received my passports today after exactly 45 days. Passport submission date to CHC was 04-FEB-15.
Applied for myself and my wife.

Consignment number: 23015558068

All the best to everyone who is waiting for their passports. InshAllah you will receive close to 45-50 days.

just recieved a call from my consultant...i got passport with visa with the grace of Allah...my passport was recived on 9th feb by ahmed ... and now i got it after almost 40 days
