OMG, finally I received my passport, so happy now. The thing is my tracker did not get activated. So it was kind of surprise for me. Good luck for everybody who are still waiting.

Return tracker finally got activated today at 18:18 ottawa time! It took them a month!
Hoping to get the pp back by Friday and do landing on Saturday

Hello, guys,

My immigration visa arrived today from Ottawa.
I have sent passports on October 21, they reached Ottawa on 23rd. On the way back (to Edmonton) - package sent on October 30th, received on 31st. Canada Xpresspost.

Does anybody know whether it's possible to travel after finishing landing at the border and during waiting for permanent resident card?? Is it possible to return to Canada without the permanent resident card, only with passport?
I have to travel soon.

Please help me!

Congrats junoesque4! I just landed today too through Coutts, AB The long journey is finally over, and now the new chapter begins

Finally did my landing Today at Coutts. Just told the US official I was flagpoling, they made us park there, went into their office and got the refusal letter (This one will not affect any future travel). Then we were guided to do the U-Turn and headed to the Canadian side. There we were asked for the refusal letter before asking us to park and go into the office. There the process was so simple, they just called us, they filled the information I guess for the PR Card, gave us a few tips of things to do and were told Congratulations, you are now a permanent resident . Finally this is all over, so happy now.

Congratulation to everyone who received their passports back and have also finished the landing process. It's a great feeling indeed, makes us feel worth the wait and all the endless hurdles. Wishing everyone Best of Luck for future endeavours. ;D
