Its crazy what we suppose to do now..
I called canada post again today and asked them to investigate my parcel(passport) if it actually reached cpc Ottawa or not.they gave me a reference number and told me that they're gonna get hold of me within the day.i asked them if they could verify with the receiver if it was received or not since I can't confirm with Ottawa myself.i just did this just incase I'll be needing to get a new passport if it was lost which Iam hoping not but better be ready than sorry.cause as per the Phil consulate in order for me to get another passport I need a police report that it was lost so I need all documentation from canada post.

i sent mine sept 29 and reached ottawa oct 1st and there's no confirmation of receipt it's been stuck to out for delivery status since then.i tried contacting Ottawa but can't get any confirmation.i already filed service ticket to canada post and made a follow up today and it's been on priority now as per the lady I was able to talked to.im waiting for their call today.

Mine it's "out for delivery "too,but I believe it's with them.my problem is why they don't send them back.
