Passports Sent to Ottawa in September for Visa Stamping... Let's Connect Here!

Oh my god, this waiting is killing me here, too! CPC received my mail on Sep 26 noon and I haven't seen my returning tracker activated yet, either.

I emailed CPC yesterday and talked to CIC agent today, concerning about this waiting. The agent said there's no records on processing time and just wanted me to make sure CPC received my passport copies and bio-data. Well, CPC didn't replied me back yet... I will be leaving for my vacation from Remembrance day, and hope to get done landing before I leave.....

Although there was a holiday, it's been over two weeks.....:( Is it really matter with Sep 26 batch??

I think so but I am not really sure about that. As far as I know the September 26 batches' return tracker are
not yet activated. Are you a January applicant as well?

No, mine was received on Nov. 28th, 2013. :'(
 
My passport was sent on Sep 29 and received by Ottawa on Sep 30, but the return trcaker is not activated yet.

Imagine that, I thought they have given a priority for november or december applicants.
This concludes me that they don't have a system being followed in sending back our passports.
 
MY passport received on OCT 1.

RETURN TRACKER ACTIVATED OCT 14 AT 7.00PM OTTAWA TIME

Is the province making the difference for the processing time? I cannot think of any other reasons of them holding me back. - btw, I'm from BC.

I am not sure its true but I would also say they might be prioritizing their stamping based on the Application received date. My passport was reached there on 30th Sep.,2014 but no update yet.

So I am also worried.

Hi junoesque4 I was following this thread and I saw you also sent your passport to ottawa via Canada express post,I just wanna ask if you got any update?i sent mine last sept 29 and it reached ottawa on 1st oct and get stuck to out for delivery status until now.i sent it to the po box as well,I'm really worried it was lost,I already called canada post and cic call center but none of them can confirm the receipt of my passport. I already booked my ticket to my home country and dunno what to do now..I also emailed cpc ottawa but no confirmation of the receipt just auto reply.pls. Let me know if you have updates.thanks

I contacted both ottawa and Canada post nobody is giving confirmation that they received. I am only hoping that it is with them. Contacting them is just hitting head in wall....
