If they said that it has been successfully delivered then you don't have to worry about it. You just need to figure out the person
who received your documents. If it is expresspost then there should be a signature of the receiver on it. Just call Canadapost hotline
at 1-888-550-6333

Thanks for the info..but i have talked with manager of the ottawa depot..and he said that they might have missed the scans..but it is delivered..and said ask CPP about our passports

So I guess that's the reason why they took them forever just to stamp our passport with visa
because they have received a high volume of mail intake. Unless if they require more verification
with our file they shouldn't not take it so long to stamp our passport. Let's just hope next week
they gonna start sending back our passports.

I already ask them, i received call from ticket team he said they recvd but not have scan i ask how i can b sure that passport is not lost. He said it happened only 3-4 time in his career so he thinks they received it

I can't go with what they thinks. I called ottawa post office they said they have the same info that customer service ppl have which i can see on tracking.

i hope to receive our PPs back as our current status here in Canada as temporary foreign workers is set to expire on the 6th of December.
