Finally I got my mail activated yesterday. Hopefully I will receive it today.
Do you guy know where is the nearest and best landing place in Saskatchewan. (I am in Regina, Sask)

Congratulations! You would need to go to North Portal..... I am waiting on my passport and I am also in Regina, Saskatchewan....

hi guys i sent my passport on NOVEMBER 7 2014 and passport received on november 10.

Congratz everybody who got passports back..

Jagdeep from another thread got his passport back with COPR on monday morning...but the same evening he got en email from CIC that his Landing interview has been scheduled in nearby office

Has anybody else got this kind of email...please share

How interesting!
I have received the same letter as well. They've scheduled a Landing interview for next week.
I was thinking it is because my application took too much and they want to check my current status (Job, Spouse, . . .)
It's not a big deal. At least I have an appointment for next week and I don't need to drive 4 hours for landing at the boarder.

Johnkae and yeoj, I promise you, there is nothing to worry. Friend of mine had the same interview 3 months ago in Calgary. He told me they ware nice and welcoming. They just need to check your identity and current status.

I will bring them the below additional documents and I suggest you to do the same:
- Our bank statements
- Letter of employment
- Proof of address for both of us (Drivers licence, Cellphone and CableTV bills)

By the way, in my PPR email they didn't ask me to provide them new photos and biometrics. It could be another reason for the landing interview! How about you guys?

I have no idea! Call the local CIC office and ask them if you can land at the boarder and let us know their answer as well.
