Passports Sent to Ottawa in October/November/December 2014

Guys my visa office is warsaw. Do u think it is important? Does this affect the visa issuance time?
2nd question. Do u have dependants? Does this also affect?

I'm sure each visa office has own timeline and you can't compare them. Have you ever tried to find others in the forum who sent passports to Warsaw?
 
I sent it to ottawa but my visa office was warsaw
 
Return tracking activated 6:18pm Ottawa time
 
Guys I'm planning to do landing on weekend. Which is the nearest location to go. I'm from edmonton

Hello, I would to like ask an advice you. My application was received November 2013 and my ecas status is still application received. I am waiting for PPR and having a flight to my home country by end of Dec for a one month vacation.. my medical will expire in January. I am currently in Canada. My worry is what if my PPR come when I am in my home country, would it give a problem to my application or can I send my passport to the nearest visa? Is there anyone with the same situation experienced?

I also have plan to do landing on weekend.
You have two choices: Carway and Coutts
I suggest you Coutts:

In my PPR email:
"If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office."
 
Can you please add me in table ?
My passport reached on 4 Nov. Return tracker is not activated yet.
