Passports Sent to Ottawa in January -2015

My passport reached cic ottawa on 28/jan /2015

Hi Guys, My passport was received on 22nd Jan and return track activated today so hopefully i should get it by tomorrow.

i have question regrading landing, do we have to go to Canada-Us border for landing or do we have to book an appointment on phone ??

Please reply if anybody can help..Thanks

From a few friends that did it they all said a letter came with it saying how to book the appointment or it was a pre-booked appointment. For me i've always thought if the appointment is more than 2 weeks away and you've got the time off, go to the border to flag pole.

arrangement of pr visa under pnp for family members residing in another country

please share your experience about reply timings from cic for arrangement of pr visa under pnp for family members residing in another country.

1) In how many days cic reply back from the day we sent email for their instruction to print visa in another country for family members residing in another country apart from principal applicant living in Canada?

2) how much time this whole process takes from getting instructions from cic to print visa in delhi office india to get visa stamped on passport??

Can_Vin, My tracking no got activated yesterday but still it shows item processed Ottawa so i am hoping to get it by tomorrow only then i can tell you about the due date....

Yes we got those back yesterday around 11.30 am. Don't worry you will get it soon.

We used express post as CIC specifically mentioned in their PPR email that it has to be "Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm)".

Also they say,

"If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label, or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail."

Priority mail is also an express post but have next day delivery..so my friend is confused
