Cic will send you an email and it will tell you exactly what to send.
In some cases they ask for bio data form and photographs. cic will attach the bio data form with the PPR email along with the photo specifications.

i got an email but no attachment and no photograph requirements. is this normal? it just state that i need to send my passport and copy of email that i received. but in the french version there's a link of what size of photo required but no bio data

Me too. PAssport received by CIC on 18th FEB

Called CIC today morning to know the status! as we have to travel.
They told that the COPR is printed now it's just the question of mailing to us.
Let's see. Fingers crossed.

Emerson. there was no rush, US border took 20-30 mins to complete process as we were 4 people completing landing.

Canada border was friendly too, asked to fill the form for any previous owned property you want to bring to Canada (tax free), this was new to me. I filled some gold jewelry details. Asked us to wait till he enter information in system, took 15-20 mins. I had all my study work permit which I had to surrender, he asked us to sigh COPR and provided info. and thats it. told to wait for PR card before leaving country. and asked to inform Health and Service Canada about status change.

Guys as I said earlier that I received the PPR email twice from CIC Ottawa. In the reply for the 2nd PPR email I explained that I already sent all of my requested docs to CIC - Ottawa on Feb 14th.

Following is the reply I receive from CIC today - I m pasting it for you guys if it helps for those who are waiting for their passports to return.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Your application has been finalized and your passport was returned to you on March 2, 2015.

You should be able to follow its delivery on the Canada Post website. Please allow at least 2 business days for the tracking information to register on their website.

We thank you for your patience. In order to efficiently process requests, we will not reply to duplicate emails.

Regards,

Case Processing Centre - Ottawa"


It's showing that they already sent back our passports yesterday, but my return tracker is still not activated.

Which date you sent your passport? Also what is the telephone number to contact Ottawa .

I sent the passport on 13th Feb, it reached Ottawa on 18th because of the Saturday /Sunday/ public holiday.
The number to contact is the usual enquiry number :1 888 242 2100
