We received a passport request letter on March 9, 2020 but VFS India was closed because of COVID, so we could not submit our passports and photographs to VFS and we created a web form explaining that our medical will get expired (in July 2020).
We were told that the medical will not have to be renewed because of the circumstances and that we should submit the passports when VFS opens, which we did.
After a month they returned our Passports and Photographs but WITHOUT any visa stamping or any note or letter. We created a web form and no response, asked vfs but no response, tweeted but no response.
Has this happened to anyone else?
How do we proceed from here?
