Hi Friends,

I have a unique case where I sent the passport for PR Visa printing and I see it was successfully delivered on time. While tracking the return envelope I see the status (in Canada Post website) that it is sent back to the sender, meaning the passports were dispatched from CPC Ottawa to my address but they didn't reach me since the address was incorrect (that's all I can think of). I am worried since it's a matter of passports of me and my family. I have sent an email on CPC Ottawa but no response from them yet. I was wondering if I could speak to someone directly there to understand the status of my passports.

Any advice or guidance will be really appreciated.

I was instructed not to fill in the receiver address on the return envelope so I left it blank. I guess CPC Ottawa would have filled in the address from their end and I know that this is their standard practice.
