My passport was delivered to my mailbox in the morning as I had not opted for signature confirmation for Xpresspost.

I have a vacation planned end of Feb will be returning in March. If I land now wont receive PR card till then.

Just found my return tracker has been activated at 17.52 EST.
My AOR is 13 th July. Looks like I will receive the passport on 13th January. that's 6 months.

Did you guys receive an email from CIC notifying that the return tracker is activated? Is there only one sentence in the email? Did you check Canada Post website by using your tracking number as well? The reason I ask is because I don't have the access to Mycic and I use an immigration consultant. I used my tracking number to search on Canada Post's website but got nothing. My case is approved and closed on last Friday.

No emails. I was just checking Canada Post website every hour and found that return tracker got activated.

MyCIC has been approved and closed last saturday. It looks like VO likes my passport and not ready to send it back to me.

Tomorrow anyone planning to go Niagara for flagpoling. FYI, there is heavy snow.

Passport submitted on Jan 4. Waiting to get it back. What us the passport bunch that CIC is processing ? I am FSW outland.

Also, can someone explain that if I go to Canada via air after getting my passport, what is the process of getting PR card ?

My return tracker has been activated today at Jan 12th 3.14am. It looks like it wasn't scanned in Ottawa. But it was activated during the transit at Mississauga. Hopefully should get my passports today.

Return tracker activated! Should be getting everything back today! Does anyone know if what is getting sent back is our actual PR card? Or is that after landing? I'm a US citizen, so i just need to go back to the US and then cross the border again for my landing. I talked to an officer yesterday about it. But for got to ask about the PR Card. I've been living in Canada for over a year now so my landing will probably take a little more time seeing that I have to officially import my car and what not. Everything will be official soon!!!!! Congrats to all who have made it through this process!
