Hello Friends,

I am starting this thread for all of us who have sent their passports / copies to CPC-Ottawa in the month of DECEMBER 2015.
My passports were delivered today at Ottawa.

Let us share our timelines and keep track together.

Wish everyone here a speedy Approval and COPR and a new beginning in the YEAR 2016 as Canadian Permanent Residents!!!

Today is my day 9, since passports received @ CPC Ottawa. Gosh!!! How long do I have to wait?? Just want to get over and done with this PR thing. :'(

By the way, still waiting for company!

they received my copies on Dec 01. which is even worse, cuz for copies it takes usually less then for passports.... this is really really annoying......

Finally an update...

My app got closed on my cic today, and now I saw the tracker has activated. it should be here by Friday..

No matter how much you will wait CPC will take at least 10 to 14 working days. I sent my passports on 16 November and received back on December 1st and I went to flag pol on 6 th December.

Finally an update...

My app got closed on my cic today, and now I saw the tracker has activated. it should be here by Friday..

Hi pmgadhvi, Thanks for your input. How many days did it take for your mycic to change to 'Approved & Closed' after they received the passport?

UPDATE: MYCIC changed to Application: Closed & Approved on Sunday 12.19 pm!
Now just waiting for Canada Post Tracker to be activated. If all goes according to plan, I would be Flag-polling @ Rainbow Bridge, Niagra this Saturday!

Just sharing the time line with you guyz...
I received my PPR on December 7th, in the afternoon.
Sent my passport to Ottawa next day around 12 a.m.
Passports received in Ottawa December 9, at noon.
Now waiting for them to come back. Have no clue when to expect them. And it has been raining non-stop in the past few days in Toronto and it does not look like the rain will ever stop. Maybe I am a freak just don't want my passports/corp to get wet while they will be waiting for me in the postal box :
