Passports and Nation IDs

Hi.
I have a question regarding passports and nation ID provision.
In my country now rules are a bit strange.
We previously had only one passport, which was both for internal and travel purpose.
Now the government is integrating a new system when passports are divided.
Now a separate national ID is given for internal use and a biometric passport for travels.
But now I have all of mentioned documents.
1. The old passport, which is still valid (and some references from bank accounts are referring to this one)
2. A new biometric passport (now I travel with this one)
3. New national ID card.

I suppose to provide documents as below:
1. I will attach a copy of the new biometric passport where it is mentioned to provide a passport or a travel document.
2. I will provide both the old passport and the new national ID where it is mentioned to provide a National IDs.

Do you think it is OK?

Opps. Looks like I have one more issue.
As I have written before I will provide following documents:

1. a copy of the new biometric passport where it is mentioned to provide a passport or a travel document.
2. both the old passport (not expired yet) and the new national ID where it is mentioned to provide a National IDs.

But I have just noticed that the old passport has my registration address mentioned on a different page and it is not translated to English. This same page also contains information about passport validity date extension (it is mentioned in English).
The main page which shows all my personal details is in both English and Armenian.

Thus Do you think that I need to translate and attach a certified copy of passport page showing my registration address? Or can I simply copy it?
I actually don't see a clear request to provide a copy of passport page showing my registration address, but same page also has information about passport validity date extension, so I need to copy it in any case.
Also registration address is not mentioned in other passport and the national ID, so it looks like not an important information.
All the other information in mentioned in English and if I am not wrong this kind of documents can be simply copied without certification.

Reminding that the old passport in fact is not important in my own country anymore I have a new nation ID + a biometric passport. In fact I only need this passport since my bank references are mentioning it.
