Passport will Expire

Hi all
My question is that my Passport will expire on Jan 2014 and i will apply my PR application from here South Korea on july 2013 so CIC forms ask me that how many pass port you have issued i will write one passport and when CIC visa office will required my pass port for visa so on that time my passport will be expire and here Korea Pakistan embassy will issue me manual passport so there will be any issue for me or i have to go back to Pakistan for my computerized passport pls help.

What is your question?

If your problem is that you indicate one passport and then you will get your second passport, then you are OK. The question about the number of passport relates to the time of application.

It is OK as you mentioned to go ahead for applying with the current passport. Up on getting a new passport, send the photo copy of that one to your visa processing office ( not to Sydney,NS ) quoting your immigration file number.

If your passport getting issued at your embassy in Seoul is a not a machine readable one,I would suggest to get it changed before submitting for visa stamping. Machine readable passports are always better. I don't have any idea how your manual passport looks like. In case you need to travel to some other countries from Canada, they need a machine readable passport. You can call your embassy and ask what kind of passport they issue while renewing.

Manual means not readable passport and here In korea Pakistan embassy will issue not readable passport so its mean that when CIC required my pass port so it must be machine readable passport for this i have to go to Pakistan because they are not issuing here machine readable passport from Korea.
my passport will expire jan 2014 and my application will be submit latest by july. 2013.
