Passport Visa Stamp

my visa stamped on my passport is only until December 2015 my work permit will expire on 2017. I want to get a vacation on 2016 please any help on how to extend my visa stamp so I can get a vacation next year

You mean the visa stamped in your passport is only valid for few months? Like only 3 mos?

No, I have my visa last December 2013 its validity is two years so it will expire this 2015. But last March I got my work permit extended for another 2 years so until 2017. If I go for a vacation on 2016 the visa stamped on my passport is already expired on that time so I need to renew it before I leave canada.
