Good day!! I need a help reguarding passport transmission.. since the call center is no longer available para po magset for pick up ng documents to be send sa embassy, ano po kayang magandang gawin? Is it, mail to the VAC or send it via any courier company? Salamat po..

You can send your passport thru courier just write down the exact address where do you want to send ur passport. I tried that one i send my passport thru LBC courier. And aftet 2wiks they send it back my passport.

Thank you Tang.. is it the same courier ( LBC) who sent it back you? I really need a help.. I just found out last night that call center is no longer available in doing schedule to pick up any application/ document to be submit on Canadian embassy..

Air 21 send back my passport. They change already how to submit your application VAC we have here in cebu and also manila. but if u will send addtional doc.it wil be send thru courier. just a advice write down the exact address in embassy and where it is intended to be send.

I need to send the passport within 30.. I received the passport together with a request letter dated Sept.30,2013 last Oct.2,2013.. They asked to renew the passport because it will expire on April 2014.. My problem is the new passport will realease on Oct.24,2013.. Will the embassy receive the passport before Oct.29 if I send it via courier on Oct.25?

Once the passport will be realease on october 24,2013 if u will.send it thru courier like LBC to embassy the next day it will arrive. i think there is a cut off time. when u send a doc just ask the LBC person. it will not take a long.

Your welcome Grey i know the feeling to be worried. ive been that situation also. im paranoid asking many people. i also ask my friend working in cic immigration consultancy what to do. so i just share my experience. God Bless u too.. Gud luck to us....

I sent my passport to hongkong visa office for visa stamping, (twp)till now i havent received it, mag 1 month na sya sa october 25, ganu b katagal ibalik ang passport d ko naman mapuntahan dahil nandito ko sa macau , saan ko b pwede i follow up, hindi naman ngrereply s email, nappressure na ko flight ko na sa nov5 bka hindi p din dmting , its killing me! Sana may mkatulong sakin mgbigay ng info i really have no idea kasi tlga
